Before a decision is made to offer them to our customers, all children's books are read and reviewed by our staff for relevancy, accuracy, and proper translation, when it is a title originally published in another language.

• Children's books are billed and shipped separately from adult books
• After the books have been examined, you may return unwanted materials by simply calling or faxing us using our toll-free numbers listed below, and we will issue a pick-up call tag
